IMS Prussia Cove autumn tour 2026
This concert forms part of a tour, which starts in Cornwall on 4th October. As well as giving this concert in Cambridge, the musicians will visit Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex and London’s Wigmore Hall.

IMS Prussia Cove brings inspirational chamber music to venues across the UK, showcasing young artists alongside celebrated performers. The group is formed of young and more experienced players, who all have strong relationships with IMS Prussia Cove, and have worked together as equals during our Seminar to explore this fantastic repertoire in depth.
Artistic Director, Steven Isserlis, has hand-picked a fabulous line-up of musicians performing a brilliant programme, from Edgar Meyer’s virtuosic duet for cello and double bass, which blends classical traditions with American bluegrass, to Fauré’s soaring Piano Quartet no.2. Add in Saint-Saens’ sublime and rarely heard Piano Quintet and Dvořák’s irresistible String Quintet and you have a night to remember!
