Moving Compositions

Blurring the lines between performance art, visual art and live music – Moving Compositions brings artists and audiences together for a “one night only” collaboration, where a series of unplanned performances unfold in-the-moment.

Every edition is a unique composition shaped through improvisation and collaboration.

Hosted by performance artist Laura Christina Edwards and co-curated with The Concrete Gazebo, a Cambridge-based collective of improvising musicians, the event series is supported by Cambridge Junction’s Troop Artist Membership Scheme.

Moving Compositions offers a much-needed space for artists to play, experiment, and take risks, and for audiences to experience the thrill of spontaneous, cross-artform creation.
