Moving Compositions

Celebrating live, experimental performance and cross-artform collaboration, Moving Compositions brings artists together for ‘one night only’ to create and compose in front of a live audience.

Be immersed in an eclectic mix of unplanned performances, (including but not limited to dance, theatre, music, comedy and spoken word) shaped and curated in-the-moment by the artists and audience there on the night.

Moving Compositions is curated by local interdisciplinary performance artist Laura Edwards, with support from Cambridge Junction’s Troop Artist Membership Scheme. Born from a recognised need for cross-artform collaboration in the city, this event offers a platform for artists to explore multidisciplinary performance free from preconceived expectations or outcomes. It also invites audiences from all walks of life to come together and experience the spontaneity of this unique, one-off event.
