With Mikey Dread at the controls & Ras Sherby on the mic alongside various artists passing through.
Previously selling out when they played in J2 in 2022, you’re advised to get tickets early! As they return with their Word, Sound, Power, Rastafari teachings.
For those that need an introduction, Channel One are in their 46th year with Mikey and his brother Trevor running the sound, Ras Sherby known for his freedom fighting songs on the mic and a medley of the UK’s best known singers & chanters often joining the sound.
Their sessions are known to uplift, edify, educate, break down barriers, create reality shocks, decolonize the mind, cause spiritual insights and make your body move in a free up, liberating way.
Their Sound System has a clarity, depth, weight and vibration that is felt nowhere else, playing a strictly conscious mix of roots reggae music, old to new, full of dubplates and upfull steppas.
