Big Band Roulette is the big band with the big twist—every performance has a brand-new setlist, randomly-selected musicians from our talented, auditioned pool, and only one day to rehearse in!
On Sunday, 8th February, we are combining forces with Soft Crunchy Landing—one of Cambridge’s premier function bands—to bring you a night of iconic pop hits like you’ve never heard them before.
The night will kick off with a bop-filled set by SCL before they take over our colossal 16-piece big band, playing legendary pop charts from the last few decades.
Expect 90s dance hits, noughties cheese, and recent chart-toppers—all from one of the largest bands the Portland Arms has ever seen.
