The Domestics

THE DOMESTICS formed in the summer of 2011, and played our first gig in December of that year on the day that the debut album, Keep It Lean, was released.

That’s probably not how this stuff is supposed to work but we’ve never been ones for doing things in the accepted fashion.

Fusing fast, aggressive hardcore punk, socio-political lyrics and catchy, shout-along choruses (I always want there to be proper songs, not just riffs and shouting), we draw primarily on the U.S., Japanese and Swedish scenes, but with an unmistakable hint of our native UK in my London-Essex noise-hole.
