Folk quartet FARA is Catriona Price, Jeana Leslie and Kristan Harvey on fiddle and vocals, with Rory Matheson on piano.
The band went down a storm at Orkney Folk Festival 2014 where they made their debut outing in front of a home crowd. Since then, they have gone on to tour and perform at festivals around the world, including Goderich Festival, Shetland Folk Festival, Tønder Festival, Cambridge Folk Festival, Celtic Connections Festival and many more.
Their eagerly anticipated debut album 'Cross The Line' was released in 2016, securing them the German Critics Award - Album of the Year. FARA's second record 'Times From Times Fall' was released in 2018.
